The District 3220 Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) Sessions were conducted on 7th and 8th February 2026 at the Lotus Tower in Colombo.
Rotary leaders from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka participated, focusing on enhancing leadership capacity, exchanging best practices, and fostering cross-border fellowship. The event was graced by the presence of District Governors Delvin Pereira (2025–26), Kumar Sundararaj (2026–27), Jit Seneviratne (2027–28), and Ajith Jayawickrama (2028–29), as well as distinguished Past District Governors who contributed valuable insights.
Organised by RC Colombo and RC Kandy, the programme served as a significant platform for collaboration, professional development, and the promotion of Rotary’s guiding principle: Service Above Self.
